Insulation Services Before & After Photos

Owner Susan H. called us to improve the comfort of the upstairs of his home and she wanted to lower her energy costs.

 During an Energy Analysis Mark O found several areas of the home that once improved would dramatically improve the comfort and utility costs.

 Foreman Mike Y. and his team air sealed the attic and properly insulated with cellulose insulation to R60 to give the optimum results. There were several large openings in the attic that were air sealed and insulated as well. In the basement the team insulated the rim joist with SilverGlo insulation and foam insulation.

 The owner said that she could feel a big difference from the first day we were finished with the job. She is looking forward to seeing the savings on her utility costs.

Lisa was having issues with keeping her St Clairsville, Ohio home warm in the winter.  Russ came out for a free in home estimate and showed Lisa were she was loosing all of her warm air.   

The HES team showed up and installed an insulation scuttle cover to air seal the hatch with SilverGlo foam insulation.  They then air sealed the attic and installed blown in TurSoft Cellulouse on the attic floor.    All of this will help stop the warm air from escaping Lisa's home keeping it more comfortable and affordable.   

Staci from St Clairsville Oh called Home Environment Solutions stating that she is never comfortable in her home. She says it stays colder in the winter and warmer in the summer. We sent Russ out to perform a free home energy audit to determine what is needed to make her home more comfortable.  Russ found old fiberglass batt insulation, uninsulated and unsealed scuttle cover and many other penetrations that let air escape.

 Remove And Dispose Of Existing Insulation. Attic is prepared for installation of fresh, clean insulation.  Our team air sealed and insulated Scuttle Cover, sealed chimney chase with metal flashing, fire caulk and wrapped with rock wool sleeve. Air sealed with Zypfoam all penetrations.  Installed SilverGlo™ on wall and between floor joists as needed and they also applied Trusoft cellulose to the attic floor
