Our team focused on cleaning and restoring the system from the inside out. We removed and treated microbial growth and addressed moisture-related conditions in the basement. With our partners over at Air Duct Maintenance, HVAC systems were cleaned and sanitized to NADCA standards. Microbial control and deodorizer were applied to the entire system, including coils and supply and returns.

By targeting both the contamination and the source of air movement, we helped stop the spread of airborne particles and improve overall indoor air quality. Now the home has cleaner air, a properly sanitized HVAC system, and better-controlled humidity -- creating a healthier living environment throughout.

Customer had mold in the attic of his Finleyville, PA home.    He contacted Home Environment Solutions to see how they could help.   Russ and the customer sat down and came up with the solution.

The HES team removed the old pressed board, the fiberglass bat insulation and the old blown in cellulose.   The whole area was dried using an air scrubber and dehumidifiers.  The mold was then treated and HEPA vacuumed.  

After the mold problem was removed Home Environment Solutions then air sealed and Insulated the attic.   

John discovered he had a mold issue in his attic.   After researching the local companies he gave Home Environment Solutions a call.  Russ met with John at his Coal Center home in PA.  Russ found evidence of microbial growth in the attic mixed in the existing insulation.  

The Home Environment Solutions Team arrived and removed the rolled batt and loose insulation from the attic.  They treated the wood with specialized chemicals for porous surfaces.  The team then air sealed the attic including the rim joist to stop drafts and heat loss and added blown in insulation.
