There was mold all over the ceiling, beam and even starting to go down the wall.  After our certified mold team removed the mold then they properly insulated the cathedral ceiling to prevent the mold from coming back. 

Wheeling, WV homeowner Amy L. built her home with a crawlspace underneath it.  Crawlspaces are a common method builders use to hide electrical and HVAC work.  Crawlspace science has changed considerable over the years.  Crawlspaces are normally known as dark, damp, and smelly places under a home.  This is because outdated building codes permitted crawlspaces to be ventilated.  We know today that this isn't the ideal solution.  We close the vents and insulate the walls using SilverGlo wall insulation. Then we prevent moisture from seeping up through the ground using are CleanSpace liner to line your crawlspace.  

Homeowner Maryann has had an ongoing moisture issue in her basement with high humidity.  Even after repeted attempts and water proofing after heavy rains one wall would remain damp for days. 

Maryann was referred to Home Environment Solutions by a neighbor who used them to remove the mold in her crawl space and insulate and encapsulate afterwards.  She explained that the neighbor was so pleased with the work she knew that was the right company to do the job.

Mark came out to inspect the basement and develop a plan.  It was decided to install CleanSpace on the wall along with a Sedona Dehumidification system.

The production crew including Zach, Brandon and Cameron showed up to install the job.  After one day everything was complete. 

The end result was the problem was eliminated and the wall was much more aesthetically pleasing.  Maryann was extremely pleased with her basement and reduced moisture.

Kevin of Wheeling, WV was complaining his home wasn't warm during the colder months and couldn't keep it cold enough during the summer. After researching Kevin found Home Environment Solutions and gave them a call. 

Russ, our energy consultant, went and discussed how Kevin only had bare minimum insulation and nothing was air sealed so his heat or air was just creeping out through his attic. Zach and his team went in and removed all the old insulation and air sealed all the air cracks. After airsealing with Polyurethane Foam they blew in TruSoft Cellulose to an R60 value. 

Kevin has since called in to let us know how cool his house has been on these hotter days, and his bill isn't super high to do it. He is super happy with the outcome and cant wait to tell people all about it.
